- Driving down Washington Ave., continuing down toward the beach, there is a little side street called

LaFontaine. There is where we found a magical place within the greater magic.

Oakshade Bed and Breakfast.

We felt very welcomed at Oakshade.

Our first night out brought us back to this stunning little gem that made us feel so at home.

The front screened porch was a little bit of heaven. Sitting there on Sunday evening,

looking at the trees, watching the sun go down, listening to birds singing and all of this

mixed with soft music and good cups of coffee– what more could one want ...

I just want to go back. We both do.

Ocean Springs literally has been in our thoughts every single day and we speak of OS often often often.

Plants, little garden areas, an enclosed deck, large Althea trees with their slick beautiful bark,

huge oaks draped with mosses and ferns ...

all pure delight.
